My name is Anne Schaefer and I grew up under the big skies of small town Saskatchewan in central Canada, where the wild wind blows and the horizon lasts forever. Music has always been my life and love and I was given the great gift of being supported and nurtured musically by my musician parents right from the beginning. I've never really wanted to do anything else. I feel music as a deep spiritual experience, a sacred prayer, a gift from the mystery that always fills me with wonder, profound connection with Nature, my human experience and all that is beyond it. When I compose and play, I feel transformed. It is truly beyond words and it is my favourite home. Please come in and be welcome here. Thank you for coming!
